Welcome to Tetherflux. By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any services provided on Tetherflux ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

Tetherflux reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any portion of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.

Tetherflux acts as a social media marketing technology platform, coordinating automated delivery of social engagement metrics across networks such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, and X.

All delivery speeds, start times, and completion estimates displayed in our service catalogue are calculated based on historical averages and server volume. They do not constitute absolute delivery guarantees. Actual delivery pacing can fluctuate depending on social media algorithm updates, network congestion, and provider server capacity.

When placing orders on Tetherflux, users are strictly responsible for adhering to the following rules:

• Public Profile Visibility: Accounts, channels, posts, or videos receiving engagement must remain 100% public throughout the entire delivery cycle. Orders sent to private profiles cannot be fulfilled and are non-refundable.
• Accurate URL Input: You must provide the exact link format specified in the service description (e.g. full profile URL vs handle). We cannot alter or redirect links once an order has been dispatched into the delivery queue.
• Avoiding Overlapping Orders: Do not submit multiple simultaneous orders for the same link until the current order is marked as Completed. Overlapping orders cause counter errors and cannot be refunded or refilled.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Tetherflux login credentials. Tetherflux will never ask for your social media password.

Tetherflux operates on a prepaid digital balance system. Users fund their account balance using authorized payment gateways (including Nigerian bank transfers, cards, and cryptocurrency) before ordering.

• Balance Non-Refundability: Once a payment gateway settles and funds are added to your Tetherflux balance, deposits cannot be reversed, refunded, or withdrawn back to your original bank account, debit card, or crypto wallet.
• Failed or Canceled Orders: If an order cannot be completed by our fulfillment network or is canceled by the system, the full or partial unused portion of that order is automatically and immediately refunded back to your Tetherflux balance.
• Chargebacks and Disputes: Opening an unauthorized dispute, payment reversal, or chargeback via Flutterwave, Paystack, or your card issuer will result in immediate and permanent termination of your Tetherflux account, forfeiture of all wallet balance, and permanent blacklisting of associated links.

Many Tetherflux services include complimentary refill protections ranging from 30 to 365 days. If a natural drop in followers, likes, or views occurs during your warranty window:

• Refills must be requested directly from your Orders dashboard by clicking the "Refill" button.
• Refills are calculated strictly against the initial start count and final completed count recorded in our database at the time of order execution.
• If your social media account drops below the initial starting count that existed before the order was placed, the refill request cannot be processed.
• Services explicitly marked as "No Refill" in the catalogue do not include refill warranties or drop compensations.

Tetherflux strictly prohibits using our infrastructure for malicious activities, including harassment, distribution of hate speech, fraudulent scams, child exploitation, or attempting to compromise platform security.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or ban any account that engages in abusive conduct, attempts automated botting attacks against our website, or creates duplicate accounts to circumvent administrative restrictions. Terminated accounts forfeit any remaining wallet balance.

Tetherflux is an independent social media marketing intermediary. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Meta (Instagram, Facebook), ByteDance (TikTok), Alphabet (YouTube, Google), Telegram, or X Corp.

Under no circumstances shall Tetherflux, its directors, employees, or technical providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, account restrictions, content takedowns, or platform bans incurred as a consequence of using our services. You utilize all marketing services at your own discretion and risk.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

For any disputes, billing inquiries, or order issues, users agree to first contact Tetherflux customer support through our official ticketing system or live communication channels before pursuing external remedies.
